A tea for calming...


From Butterflimoon's Kitchen:
When feeling anxious and the stresses of the day are seeping into your soul, try this simple ritual.  Be sure to find a quiet place where you can be alone to enjoy.
Say these words while stirring a bit of honey into chamomile tea (I love to use chamomile and lavennder together!)...and always stir clockwise (direction of adding)
"Anxious thoughts now flee and run,
 Bring back good cheer, laughs and fun!"
